Not long ago, over a veggie burger and power smoothie lunch at my native healthfood emporium, my good friend Ellen and I had a speak about this. Ellen has been vegan for years and swears that a strict vegetarian weight loss plan has improved her life and her well being. Ok. That’s just positive. I believe her. No downside. She has inivited me to her house for some scrumptious mushroom and grain casseroles. We sip natural tea collectively and I don’t name Ellen when I need someone to share chocolate cake with. All has been effectively for years. But recently, there is a new stridancy in Ellen’s stance. She maintains today( with a certain self rightousness, I might add) that consuming her method will enhance the planet and the way I eat will destroy it. I disagree.
